About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master’s Degree in Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in 2012. I have worked with at risk youth, court mandated clients, and the homeless population. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, and grief. From my twelve years of experience in this field, I have been passionate about helping people grow in their relationships especially within their families. I am a Narrative and Experiential Therapist who enjoys using creativity as well as humor as a part of this process. It is my belief that therapy can be enjoyable as well as beneficial. Whether it is in individual, marital, or family therapy, I strive to help each person become who they were created to be.
I am originally from Oklahoma and moved to Colorado fifteen years ago. During this time, I have become married and now have three kids. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, playing bass guitar, and spending time with my family.
